October 17, 2014 the international jury of Global Event Awards (GEA) announced the list of winners. 63 agencies of the CIS countries – winners of national contests, were competing for the title of best in the industry. In the category «Best business event» first place an elegant prize in the shape of a star was awarded to the winner — 7 events communications agency.
7 events communications agency won with the project «ALL HANDS. SAP — All ingenious is simple! «- half-year business event for 700 employees. The agency developed an idea and create a thematic atmosphere of the event, which helped to introduce a new strategy «Simplification» — accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of SAP services! The event promoted easy and simple introduction of the strategy to employees, the harmonious combination of business and entertainment parts. Participants remembered it as a stylish, positive and full of high energy. When done right, events are a successful technique for marketing, engagement and networking. The problem is that so many organizations settle for outdated, unimaginative and boring events, that the reputation of events has suffered. There are ways to increase that ROI. These include paying attention to the behaviors that drive happiness, such as the surprise factor and engagement. Here are some examples:

Make it memorable
We remember experience of the event and not the event itself. Do not let guests queue in boring lines or wait for long at the event. Try to anticipate quests’ aspirations. Think of a WOW factor, which will give memorable photos and long discussions after the event.

Understand how the brain works
Research shows that the human brain can work well for about 90 minutes then it needs a break. That’s why the best speeches are 18 minutes or under. Every 7-10 minutes there should be an incorporation of a change at your event – a song, a video, something interactive to allow the brain to do something else.

Cool it
Literally, keep the temperature cool in the room. Warm/hot temperatures make everything feel like it’s going slow and will put your attendees to sleep.

Refresh it!

Auction for Konstantin Khabensky Charity Foundation

On June 7, Moscow’s first gastronomic street Alley Romanov was opened with a charity auction for Konstantin Khabensky Foundation, which was supported by our agency.
The evening began with the opening of «Alley Romanov». Guests of the event were able to walk through one of the most picturesque historical corners of our city, visit the world famous bakery PAUL, try authentic Armenian cuisine in Dolmama restaurant and witness how the bike of Konstantin Khabensky turned into a unique masterpiece! In addition, the event was followed by a charity auction. 500,000 rubles were donated to fund treatment of Foundation supported children.
